Born in 1985, Julien Heraud works and lives in Nantes, France.
After some studies of philosophy, musicology and saxophone in 2000’s, Julien started to play with electronic instruments in the field of noise, indus, eai and free improv during 2010’s.
Including modular synthesizers in his setup makes his work evolved to electroacoustic minimal collage of fine disruptive noises, subsonic drones, abstract tunes, and weird field-recordings.
His works have been published by Ferns (France), Ex-nihilo (Spain), Grisailles (Germany).
