Ricardo Fernández has been recording electronic music since 1987. With no formal musical training, the creation of electronic sounds have been his artistic form of expression. He has been using modular synthesizers as his main musical tool since 2000. Electro-acoustic music, ambient and drone are the genres my sounds would fit into. Pierre Henry, Morton Subotnick, Karlheinz Stockhausen and Tangerine Dream, among many others, are the sources for inspiration.
